1. Our Products
All Nazaré baskets are handmade using traditional techniques. Variations in colour, size, and finish are natural and part of the product’s charm.

2. Orders & Payments
Orders are accepted once full payment is received and confirmed by email. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion.
Payments are processed securely via our e-commerce platform. We do not store any card details.

3. Pricing
Prices are listed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time.

4. Delivery
Delivery terms are outlined in our Delivery Policy. We aim to dispatch orders within 2–3 working days.

5. Returns
You have the right to return goods within 14 days of receiving your order. See our Returns Policy for full details.

6. Faulty Goods
If your item is damaged or faulty on arrival, please contact us immediately using the Contact Form, including your order number and photos.

7. Liability
