If you’re not satisfied, you can request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order.
How to request a refund:
Contact us using the form on our website with your order number and reason for the return.
We’ll confirm your request and provide instructions for sending the item back.
Items must be returned in their original condition.
Once received and checked, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method.
Please note:
We don’t cover return postage unless the item is faulty.
Handmade items may have small variations — these are part of their unique charm and not considered faults.
