We use standard UK postal or courier services. Delivery usually takes 2–5 working days from dispatch.

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout and depend on the basket size and delivery location.

Handmade Items
All Nazaré baskets are individually handwoven using traditional techniques. This means that each item is unique, and there may be slight variations in size, colour, and weave compared to the photos on our website. These differences are part of the charm and character of a handmade product and are not considered faults.

Missed Deliveries or Delays
If your item hasn’t arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, please contact us using the contact form and include your order number. We’ll help track your parcel and resolve any issues.

Damaged Items
If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos and retain the packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
