Returns
You may return unused items in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of delivery.
To start a return, please contact us through the Contact Form (on the Contact Us page) with your order number and reason for return.
Items must be unused, and include all original tags and protective packaging.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you by email and confirm if your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange items for a different size or style, subject to availability. Please email us to arrange this.
